1 Introduction & Acceptance
29bat operates an online gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and 29bat and apply to all our services, website, and related content.

29bat reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Withdrawal may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete. We reserve the right to close an account if the required verification documents are not submitted.
3 Eligibility
The following conditions must be met to create an account and use services on 29bat:
- You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is operated for users aged 21+ only.
- You must use the services in your own name and for yourself — not on behalf of any third party.
- You must be legally eligible to use the service under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- If your account has previously been closed or suspended for any reason, you may not re-register.
- You must be of sound mind and acting entirely of your own free will when managing your account.
If 29bat has doubts about a user's eligibility, it may request documents or information and suspend the account if necessary.
4 Account Security
The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Follow the rules below to keep your account safe:
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- Never share your login details with anyone else.
- Log out of your account at the end of each session, especially on shared devices.
- If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, inform our support team immediately.
29bat is not responsible for any loss resulting from sharing your account details. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits
The following conditions apply when depositing funds on 29bat:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in your own name — use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Deposit transactions are generally completed instantly. For technical issues, please contact support.
5.2 Withdrawals
The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from 29bat:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawals will be processed via the same method used for the deposit: bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
- 29bat reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.
- Unusual or suspicious transactions may be subject to additional checks before withdrawal.
5.3 Anti-Money Laundering
29bat is committed to preventing financial crime. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification for suspicious transactions and are obligated to report them to the relevant authorities if required.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
29bat offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. While each offer has its own terms, the general conditions are as follows:
6.1 Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
- For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳2,000; deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳17,000.
- Wagering requirement: you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable after wagering ৳15,000.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
6.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may only be usable on specified games — please see the detailed terms of each offer.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is proven, 29bat reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
- 29bat reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
7 Gaming Rules
The following rules apply when playing games on 29bat:
- All games are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play.
- If a technical error occurs during a game, we will investigate and resolve the issue. The result of any bet affected by a technical error may be deemed void.
- 29bat's decisions regarding the operation of games will be considered final.
- If a player takes advantage of a game error or software bug, any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- In live casino games, dealer decisions and rules are governed by the game provider's policies.

8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 29bat:
- Creating an account using fraudulent information.
- Operating an account using another person's identity.
- Holding multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Making deposits using third-party funds or third-party payment methods.
- Attempting to hack game software or exploiting any technical error.
- Playing games using bots, automated software, or any other artificial means.
- Participating in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Harassing or abusing other users.
- Abusing the bonus system or participating in bonus fraud.
- Attempting to disrupt the operation of the platform.
Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, and 29bat reserves the right to seize the associated balance.

13 Account Closure & Suspension
13.1 Closure by 29bat
29bat may suspend or permanently close your account in the following cases:
- If any clause of these terms is violated.
- If it is proven that the account was created using false or fraudulent information.
- If suspicious financial activity or an attempt at fraud is detected.
- If documents requested for verification are not submitted.
- If you engage in harmful activities against other users or the platform.
13.2 Self-Closure
You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before making the request. Contact support to ensure your balance is returned after the account is closed.
14 Dispute Resolution
If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We provide assistance in Bengali and English 24/7.
- After a complaint is submitted, we will review it and attempt to resolve it within a reasonable time.
- For disputes relating to game results, our server records will be considered the final evidence.
- 29bat's decision is final in resolving disputes related to bonuses or promotions.
- Any legal resolution of a dispute will be settled in a court of competent jurisdiction.
